Shipping & Returns
Orders
Orders via website are preferred but will be accepted by fax or mail to our office.
Delivery Dates
Orders will be delivered within 1 – 10 days of receipt of order. Customer will be notified by e-mail or phone if any delay occurs.
Postage & Handling
A fee for postage & handling is charged on all orders depending on the shipment postcode. This fee is non-refundable.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Return/Replacement Policy
Returns will not be accepted without prior arrangement with our office and must be returned in original manufacturers packaging.
We are happy to replace any item the customer is not satisfied with for another item or a refund. The customer is responsible for ALL POSTAGE COSTS incurred with the return of product, except where the product has been supplied incorrectly by Romeo Imports P/L or the product is deemed to be faulty or defective.
Trading Terms
Payment is required prior to the shipment of goods. All online payments are processed when order is packed prior to posting.
